No outside food or drink is allowed in our rooms. Only uncapped plastic water bottles smaller than 0.5L are allowed. Glass bottles and water bottles of any size are prohibited.

If you have lost an item during a Cité des Congrès event, please contact us using the form in the “Contact” section. In accordance with the venue’s rules and regulations, the Cité des Congrès keeps lost and found items for 7 days, before handing them in to the Anzin Municipal Police for official documents (identity card, driving license, credit card, etc.) and before destroying them or donating them to a charity for any other item.
