What time should I arrive for the shows?

Doors generally open 1 hour before the start of the show. We advise you to arrive as soon as the doors open, so that you have time to settle in and eat.

How can I reserve my seats?

You can reserve your tickets at your usual points of sale. A link to the show’s online ticketing service will be indicated on the event’s diary page.

For PSH-PMR, a specific e-mail or telephone number is given on the event page of our diary.

Is it possible to eat on site?

Most shows offer food and drink (snacks, fresh sandwiches, etc.). Details will be posted on the event’s diary page.

Can I take my sandwich or drink inside the Cité des Congrès?

No outside food or drink is allowed in our rooms. Only uncapped plastic water bottles smaller than 0.5L are allowed. Glass bottles and water bottles of any size are prohibited.

Can I go home even if I'm late?

While it’s generally possible to gain access to the hall even after an event has begun, some organizers reserve the right to close the doors once the event has started.

Similarly, your seats will not be guaranteed.

The Cité des Congrès parking lot is accessible free of charge and has 21 disabled parking spaces.

How to get to the Cité des Congrès?

Our site is accessible by public transport via the “Centre de Congrès” streetcar stop, train and bus. We also have a parking lot where you can park free of charge during your visit.

Is the Cité des Congrès accessible to people with reduced mobility?

The Cité des Congrès is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility, except for the Watteau auditorium balcony.

How can I find a lost item?

If you have lost an item during a Cité des Congrès event, please contact us using the form in the “Contact” section. In accordance with the venue’s rules and regulations, the Cité des Congrès keeps lost and found items for 7 days, before handing them in to the Anzin Municipal Police for official documents (identity card, driving license, credit card, etc.) and before destroying them or donating them to a charity for any other item.
